The 3 day diet , is a calorie limited diet over 3 days. There are claims that following it correctly, you can lose up to 10 lbs in 3 days. After the 3 days of dieting on the 3 day diet , you should return to eating a normal healthy diet for at least four to five days, and you should not over eat. You just can’t believe how fast three days goes by on the 3 day diet . This diet is tough to do but has amazing results. Many have been doing this diet on and off for over a year and are pleased and amazed every time when using the 3 day diet .



Many have noticed some items can be substituted. Many people sometimes change the cottage cheese for plain yoghurt. If anyone claims this diet doesn’t work, they are not doing it right.
